Develop and maintain strategic infrastructure roadmap that is aligned with the IT Roadmap.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for computer infrastructure including WAN, LAN, SAN, data center, computers, mobile devices and phones that allow the IT departments customers flexibility and security.
Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems.
Design, implement and manage computer infrastructure including WAN, LAN, SAN, data center, computers, mobile devices and phones to meet the company’s strategic goals.
Maintain development, testing and training labs for all computer system as necessary.
Ensure all computer systems are up to date and available for business users at all times.
Work closely with all business units to make improvements to the computer systems to improve the productivity of users.
Manage and improve the help desk process and ensure the agreed upon service level agreements are being meet or exceeded.
Design, install, administer and test all backup and disaster recovery systems.
Work closely with the Risk Manager to integrate the disaster recovery plans into the business continuity plans.
Create and maintain the computer systems budgets and expenditures.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree (or higher) in Computer Science or MIS from an accredited U.S. university or 10 years of increasingly progressive technical responsibility.
7+ years experience with SAN, VMware, Microsoft Windows Servers, email infrastructure, MS Server Stack, Cloud Based ISAAS and SAAS.
7+ years experience with routers, switching, firewalls and other network devices, Active Directory, Group Policy, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and network troubleshooting.
